Airport Employee Cookbook

Due to the unique work environment of an airport, Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA) employees range in job industry, age, and background more than average coworkers. Despite this, CRAA's efforts to maintain a level of connection between teams allowed the following project to come to life: The CRAA Employee Cookbook.

 

Employees across teams personally submitted their own recipes to the cookbook, including stories about how the recipe connects them to precious memories, family traditions, and cultural backgrounds. I worked with employees directly to select photos, create illustrations, gather quotes, and streamline recipes to create consistency throughout the book. The below design reflects my efforts to best represent these recipes and celebrate this group of people.
